Terms & Conditions

1. All privileges mentioned below are only applicable to Red/Silver Card members; other Terms & Conditions and Other Members Rules would be applicable to all members. 2. Membership is not applicable to Châteraisé shops, vending machine(s) and shops located in any ParknShop. 3. Membership benefits and/or discounts are subject to change without prior notice. 4. Membership discount is applicable for outlets under A-1 BAKERY Group in Hong Kong. (Exclude all designated items/menus, for details, please refer to terms & conditions of the items/menus) 5. Membership discount and gift vouchers must be used before expiry date. 6. Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers (Exclude A-1 Bakery Group gift vouchers) and other promotional offers. Privileges do not apply to purchase of any voucher, products of wedding series and/or vending machine(s), plus service charge and plastic bag levy. 7. Members must present the membership card or code upon payment at shops in order to enjoy membership privilege. 8. Membership and all relevant privileges is/are non-refundable and non-transferable. 9. Membership card and gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Photocopy, screen-captured, or print-out of membership card or any voucher will not be accepted. 10. Membership gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be used for purchasing any A-1 Bakery Group vouchers, products of wedding series, designated seasonal series, and/or vending machine(s), plus service charge and plastic bag levy. No change will be given on the unused portion of the gift vouchers. 11. Transaction with pre-ordering and instant purchase cannot be combined in one single transaction upon usage of gift vouchers. 12. Gift vouchers must be recognized and presented from the membership App, photocopy, screen-captured, or print-out of voucher is invalid. 13. Membership joining fee can only be paid by VISA/MASTER credit card via online application (one email and phone number can be registered once only). After successful payment, a set of e-vouchers at the face-value of HK$600 (HK$100 x 2 pcs and HK$50 x 8 pcs) will be credited into the membership App within 24 hours automatically. 14. Members can earn 1 Gift Point for every net purchase of HK$10 (*HK$10 and 1 Point as basis, no remaining will be counted). Accumulated gift points will be calculated by the actual transaction amount after discount. 15. Transaction with pre-ordering and instant purchase cannot be combined in one single transaction, membership privileges (including but not limited to A-Stamp, Gift Point, etc.) cannot be combined for calculation. 16. Membership points cannot be transferred to the other ownership. Each member is only allowed to have one membership. Gift points cannot be combined with other membership. 17. Any non-redeemed point will be forfeited after the expiry date of membership. 18. Gift point redemption can only be applied via membership webpage online or membership App. Gift points will be deducted from members' accounts after redemption immediately, transaction cannot be altered or cancelled. 19. A-1 BAKERY CO., (HK) LTD. reserves the right to change, delete or terminate the membership benefits and/or discounts and their terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice; membership benefits including but not limited to member discount, gift voucher, point scheme, welcome gift, birthday gift, and etc. 20. Usage Terms & Conidtions apply to all membership privileges, including but not limted to vouchers/coupon(s), e-vouchers/coupon(s), stamp(s), point(s), etc.. Red Card Renewal Regulation

• Red Card members with HK$2000 /above net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) accumulated during 365-day membership, membership will be automatically renewed for another year. Remaining Gift Points will be brought forward while accumulated purchase amount will be reset to 0 from the new membership validity.
• If less than HK$2000 /above net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) is accumulated within validity period, member is required to pay annual fee HK$600 by VISA/MASTER credit card online for 365-day extension.
• Members who pay for renewal are entitled to have a set of A-1 Bakery Group e-Gift Vouchers with the total face-value of HK$600 and an extra HK$50 A-1 Bakery Group renewal e-gift voucher after successful payment; Remaining Gift Points will be kept until new expiry date of membership while accumulated purchase amount will be reset to 0 from the new membership validity.

Red Card Upgrade Regulation

• Red Card members with HK$8000 /above net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) accumulated during one-year membership, members will be upgraded to Silver Card members; Remaining Gift Points will be kept until new expiry date of membership while accumulated purchase amount will be reset to 0 once upgraded.

Silver Card Renewal and Rank down Regulation

• Silver Card members with HK$8000 /above net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) accumulated during 365-day membership, membership will be automatically renewed for another 365 days; Remaining Gift Points will be kept until new expiry date of membership while accumulated purchase amount from the new membership validity.
• If less than HK$8000 but at HK$2000/above net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) accumulated within validity period, members will be downgraded to Red Card; Remaining Gift Points will be kept until new expiry date of membership while accumulated purchase amount will be reset to 0 once downgraded.
• For members with accumulated net purchase amount(Exclude purchases of vouchers and/or products of wedding series) less than HK$2000 can pay annual fee HK$600 by VISA/MASTER credit card online for renewal as Red Card members (Members who pay for renewal are entitled to have a set of A-1 Bakery Group e-Gift Vouchers with the total face-value of HK$600 and an extra HK$50 A-1 Bakery Group renewal e-gift voucher after successful payment; Remaining Gift Points will be kept until new expiry date of membership while accumulated purchase amount will be reset to 0 from the new membership validity), otherwise, will be downgraded to Free member, all the Gift Points and accumulated purchase amount will be forfeited.

Other Membership Rules

1. These membership rules are binding on all A-1 BAKERY Group membership holders of A-1 BAKERY CO., (HK) LTD. (“The Company”). By submitting application to become a member, the applicant agrees to be bound by these Membership Rules (as may in force from time to time) upon registration. 2. Any person wishing to apply for membership is required to complete the application form on A-1 Bakery official App. The Company reserves the right to reject any application in its discretion and without giving any reason. 3. To ensure members receiving the promotional offers and discounts, applicants are required to provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to their name, phone number, email address, birthday information and etc. The Company will not process any incomplete or inaccurate forms. Reminders of member benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email or SMS. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out on important notices. 4. Misconduct, fraud, misuse of A-1 BAKERY Group membership benefits or failure to follow these rules may result in the immediate termination of membership, The Company reserves right with or without notice to terminate any membership, The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage. 5. The Company reserves the rights to cease A-1 BAKERY Group membership at any time upon reasonable notice, if possible, without giving any reason. All right and privileges of members shall cease, and The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage. 6. Members have no right to participate in the constitution, operation or management of the Membership or any right in or any claim or any assets of The Company. 7. The Company will not replace/reissue A-1 BAKERY Group membership card or code if member loses/damages the card or code under any circumstance. 8.
